Hello, I am an user experience designer with experience designing a SaaS product from conception to completion as well as experience designing features for an enterprise SaaS product working with global clients.

Discovering innovative ways to solve problems drives my creative passion. I believe collaboration builds better results as we have so much to share with and to teach each other. Being a patient listener and having genuine empathy makes me good at understanding the needs of users.

At Two Hat Security I led research and design that resulted in an enterprise product that enabled users to engage with the tools twice as fast as before. This meant socially toxic content was being removed from gaming and social apps at a faster pace resulting in a better positive user engagement in those communities.
